Car rental agreement

1. Request and confirmation

Submitting the form sends a rental request. A manager confirms availability, vehicle, period, addresses, services and final price. A request number alone does not confirm handover.

Before handover, an individual agreement and report record the renter and authorised drivers, vehicle model and registration, period, price, protection and condition. Additional paid terms are agreed before rental starts.

2. Driver requirements

Drivers must be at least 23, with a licence valid in Türkiye and at least 2 years’ driving experience. Present a passport or identity document and driving licence. Only named drivers may drive. Transfer or subletting requires KeyCar’s written permission.

3. Period, price and payment

Rental is calculated in 24-hour periods; partial days in the initial quote count as full days. Times use Türkiye time (UTC+3). Extensions require KeyCar’s agreement and availability confirmation.

The total includes rental, selected protection, extras and applicable delivery and time fees. Child seat and Wi-Fi each cost €3 per day. The quote appears before submission and is confirmed by a manager.

Pay on collection, without a deposit or mandatory credit card. Methods and currency are agreed with the manager; the website does not charge you.

4. Delivery, pick-up and return

Gazipaşa and Gazipaşa Airport delivery is free from one rental day. Alanya and serviced districts: free from three days, otherwise €20.

Pick-up or return before 09:00 or after 21:00 costs €30 for each such operation. Agree address, time, terminal and flight number where applicable.

Vehicles are cleaned and checked with documents and agreed equipment. Inspect jointly: mileage, fuel, damage and accessories are recorded in reports, photos or videos. Records evidence condition subject to applicable law.

5. Mileage, fuel and costs

250 km per day is included; distance above the total allowance costs ₺15 per km. Mileage is recorded at handover and return.

Fuel, road and bridge tolls, parking and rental-period traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility. Return fuel should match the handover record; shortfall settlement is agreed in the individual contract.

6. Insurance and liability

Mandatory third-party liability insurance applies within policy and statutory limits. Rented vehicle protection depends on the selected package and compliance with the agreement.

Basic CDW is included: €600 accident excess, glass and tyres excluded. CDW+ costs €10 per day: €200 excess, glass and tyres excluded. SCDW costs €15 per day: zero excess, glass, headlights and tyres included.

Excess is liability for a covered event, not a deposit. Keys and documents, wrong fuel, intent, gross negligence and prohibited use are not automatically covered by SCDW. Scope and exclusions follow the policy and individual agreement; liability depends on circumstances and law.

7. Vehicle use

Racing, speed trials, unsuitable off-road use, illegal activity, overloading and unauthorised subletting are prohibited. Follow traffic and operating rules. Travel outside Türkiye and special routes require prior written approval.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited: contractual charge ₺4,000. Excessive dirt, stains or strong odour on return carries a ₺500 cleaning charge. Grounds are recorded at inspection; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

8. Accidents, damage and breakdowns

Ensure safety and contact KeyCar immediately; call emergency services when needed. Do not move the vehicle before required formalities except for safety or competent-service instructions.

Obtain official accident and alcohol-check documents where legally required. Provide information and documents within 24 hours where objectively possible. Reporting failures may affect cover under the policy.

Do not arrange repairs or towing without agreement except urgent safety measures. Damage and liability follow records, protection terms and applicable law.

9. Delays, changes and cancellation

Return at the agreed place and time; report delays beforehand. Up to 3 hours inclusive: one third of the daily rate; over 3 hours: a full daily rate. Further periods reflect agreed actual use without double charging for the same time.

Contact the manager with your request number to change or cancel. Changes depend on availability; the new period and price require confirmation. The website does not add cancellation penalties not previously agreed.

10. Data and disputes

Processing follows KVKK and the privacy notice. Marketing and transfers requiring consent are agreed separately from mandatory rental acceptance.

Contact KeyCar for questions and complaints. Turkish law applies. Competent authorities and courts handle disputes; Antalya jurisdiction does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
